God of hope, peace, joy, and love Center us in your hope. Help us see that we are cared for and known, even if our mental health concerns tell us otherwise. Help us find peace in all that we are holding and facing. May our thoughts find peace. Let us seek joy and think of others in this year of isolation. Give us the energy to reach out when others share joy with us. May we find ways to accept and love ourselves. We give thanks for a God who offers us life through a different way of living-
A way that is full of grace, support, and wholeness. A way that is full of understanding, and practices vulnerability instead of stigma, and othering. A way of compassion and reconciliation. Thank you God for the light that you offer. In all that a day, year, and life can hold, we pray for hope, peace, joy and love. We pray for our stress, emotions, experiences of trauma, our tired bodies and minds. We pray for individual and community mental health. Amen.
